Banana Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients: 2 bananas
2 cups of vanilla kefir
1/ teaspoon of cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon of allspice
a dozen ice cubes
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve immediately to enjoy this powerful good gut smoothie.

Kombucha Smoothie

  1. Ingredients: 1 chopped cucumber
  2. 2 peeled kiwis
  3. 1 cup of kombucha (you can use ginger-flavored one)
  4. 1/2 cup of low-fat Greek yogurt
  5. 2 tablespoons of fresh coriander
  6. half a dozen ice cubes
  7. Instructions: Mix all the ingredients in a blender and pulse them until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!
